Refund Policy

You may receive a 100% refund if you withdraw from an event 5 days prior to the event's first day.  You must notify us by phone and by fax.  You may apply your paid entry to a future event but you must notify us by phone 501-622-8807 & fax (501)760-6563  of your intentions 5 days before that event's first day.

You will receive a 100% refund if an event doesn't have enough teams. Sometimes  divisions are combined, but you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to withdraw or apply your paid entry to a future event.

Weather refunds will be granted if the tournament director deems it unsafe or not feasible.  In the case of outdoor events, the director has until game time to decide if the event is playable.

If an event starts but is called, you will receive 100% refund if you play no games.
You will receive 50% if you play one game and no refund if you play one and start the next game.

Tournament directors are completely in charge of weather decision and refunds.

All refunds will be mailed no latter than 5 business days after cancellation.  The tournament director or host will be responsible for your refund.

$25.00 fee for all returned checks.
